Michelle Clemons Bio
Michelle Clemons has been passionate about the power of mindfulness and the emotional and physical evolution that it offers since she started meditating some 20 years ago. As a Master Practitioner in Mindfulness-based Neuro Linguistic Psychology and a certified Life Coach, she has used Mindfulness with clients primarily for stress reduction, but also for treating depression, anxiety, chronic pain and eating disorders. Michelle recently developed “Mindfulness at Work” and “Mindfulness for Leaders” as part of her stress reduction training.
She is the author of “Transforming Stress to Success” and has created several Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy audios.
Michelle is a member of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA)
