Pamela Fleming Bio
I am passionate about nature, wildlife and yoga! I love the freedom that being on a 10thousand foot peak gives to my soul. I love the dirt beneath my feet and the sound of the nature talking to me through the birds, elk, bugs, crickets and frogs. It is here that I feel at home. It is here that I feel love, it is here where I can can open the souls of my feet and connect to the silent teacher within.
I am in love with the practice of yoga in nature. It is a true connection back to the one universal love that is within us all. Expanding my gaze outside of the structure of a studio provides a new edge of balance and demand for awareness of the internal body..
I am a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. In 2008 I completed a 25 day fully immersed intensive study with Gurucharan Sighn Khalsa as taught by Yogi Bhajan at the KRI institute in New Mexico. I love Vinyasa Flow and Anusara yoga. My teaching is based on the Anusara Universal Alignment Principles and opening to life with grace. I have taught in my personal studio in Ft Collins Colorado, corporate Yoga and one on one intensives.
Volunteer 2012 Yoga Journal Conference Estes Park Colorado: Volunteer Partner for Shiva Rae, Sean Corn, Bo Forbes and Richard Freeman
I currently live on the road with my husband and have the amazing opportunity to lead wilderness yoga retreats throughout Western Wyoming, Sedona AZ and Colorado. I am currently studying with Neesha Zollinger at Akasha Yoga in Jackson Wyoming where I will be offering my practice as a sub teacher.
I look forward to answering any questions you may have and would love to bring The Practice to your studio or invite you and your community for an intensives in the wilderness, unplugged from it all!
