She has studied different traditions of yoga that emerged from the teachings of Krishnamacharya including Ashtanga and Viniyoga. She has also immersed herself in the study of Anusara, Yin Yang, Therapeutics, Vinyasa, Murat Boran. Stephanie’s experience allows her to adapt her teaching to the needs of the individuals who unroll their mats at Samasati. She seamlessly provides modifications, assists and gently advances each student according to their practice’s level . For each person Stephanie sets about to create the yoga experience their body needs and their soul desires. Drawing from an eclectic background , she is able to bring the right style of yoga into your life so that not only you can benefit, but also enjoy.
