Tedarim Ensemble Bio
The Meitar Ensemble’s and the Center For New Music youth program for outstanding young musicians.
The goal of the Tedarim Project is to help and nurture young musicians who share the love of new music, and to give them the tools and the stage for the performance of contemporary, important and exciting repertory of composers from all over the world.
The Tedarim Project is an educational program (not academic) which turns to three paths: composition, performance and conducting. Special emphasis is placed on the encounter between those three paths while maintaining the unique character and identity of each. Within the frame of the project the young musicians will meet artists and creators in art fields such as theater, dance and performance art and key figures in the field of contemporary music. The project members will be invited to take part in concerts and events of the Meitar Ensemble at the Center for New Music.
Tedarim is offering a professional and a multifaceted program for those who are interested in taking part in the contemporary art and music making!
