Tracy Smith- Running Coach Bio
Tracy’s love for fitness and running started at a young age. Whether racing classmates or seeing who could hold the longest handstand, she was always up for a challenge. This competitive drive led Tracy to several track and field state titles in high school. “Running and yoga complement each other in my life as a wonderful balance of strength, endurance, flexibility and mental focus. Yoga has been critical to improving my performance and managing recovery in long distance running, while running has improved my strength and endurance in difficult poses. Helping people recognize physical and mental potential motivates me and drives me to improve. I’m excited to share a unique perspective that I’m confident will empower others to exceed their physical goals.” Tracy has run in various half marathons, road races, and ultra trail races. She’s a running coach for various facilities in the DFW area is actively involved in Crossfit. Tracy has a wonderful son and husband and lives in Dallas.
